Free Webhosting

1. NO illegal stuff, basicly you must follow the everythingDaniel.com rules to hold an account here, content hosted that breaks the rules will be deleted and the accounts suspended
2. Your name is your domain, so, whatever you register with, that will stick with you, and is not changable
3. Service can be interupted and aborted under any condition, at any time
4. File size is limited to 2mb per file, that way the bandwith doesnt go through the roof!
5. Certain files are permitted, and some are not. An updated, completed list is located in your account
6. By registering, you agree to put your email into a list that could get monthly newsletters about the status of the hosting.
7. Account validation in not required upon registering, but if an account looks inactive, a e-mail will be sent out, if no reply is recieved with 48 hrs. your account is bye bye!
8. By registering, you take full resposablity for the things you upload! YOu MUST hold copyright to all uploaded content, everythingDaniel.com is not and wil never be responsible for uploaded content.



WEb Board(s) Rules

1. First off, being a member does not entitle you to anything!
2. If you registar for the weboard you agree to recieve a semi-monthly newsletter.
3. No advertising is allowed in the web boards.
4. No Spam or "Bad Words" are allowed.
5. All posts or user names MUST be family friendly!



PHP webscrips

1. ALL webscripts on my site are free for download, they can not be re-sold and re-uploaded without written permission from the creator. (Daniel)
2. Scripts are not gaurenteed to work, they have been fully tested, but I am not resposible for "User Error"
3. Some scripts have the power to do possibly damage file on your server, I CAN NOT, AND WILL NOT take responsibility for scripts used by you.
